Job description
We are 1m agency — an influencer, AI creation, and performance agency. We have been operating for 5 months with stable clients and investors. We are looking for a core team member with the prospect of partnership and profit sharing.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for fintech projects (FTD, deposits) in Tier 2-3 foreign markets.
- Traffic acquisition from Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc. — directly to products, landing pages, and Telegram funnels.
- Traffic processing in Telegram: audience engagement, working with scripts, driving to deposit.
- Independently launch hypotheses from scratch: study the product → propose connections → launch quickly (creative team available, but if you can do it yourself, it's a plus).
- Transfer established processes to the team as workload increases and subsequently control team performance.
- Assist in other agency projects: setting up traffic, funnels, and lead generation for AI avatars and other products.
Requirements
- Real experience in performance acquisition: fintech, deposits, subscriptions — mandatory.
- Ability to build funnels and calculate unit economics: CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV — understand what influences them.
- Structure: ability to lead a project from idea to result — at least in a Google spreadsheet with tasks and deadlines.
- Transparency: for founders and clients, it should be clear without unnecessary questions at what stage the project is, what the last step was, and what the next will be (to avoid micromanagement).
- High speed, independence, ownership.
- Use AI to save time on routine tasks — this is mandatory, not optional.
Bonus: Ability to create simple and quick creatives or write briefs and manage a creative team.
Conditions

- Full-time, only with us (no freelancing or parallel projects).
- From $1,800 to $2,200 fixed during the trial period.
- After the trial period - from 10% of the net profit of the direction from all projects.
