Responsibilities
- Own the wide spectrum of performance marketing efforts for our games.
- Develop media strategies and plans across our ecosystem.
- Design and run globally scaled performance marketing campaigns.
- Define metrics, objectives, and key results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Manage external partner relationships.
- Drive innovation through experiments and testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of media buying/UA experience with proven results.
- Proven experience with SEM, large scale UA, and/or Re-engagement campaigns.
- Enjoys growing and managing key relationships.
- Digital marketing veteran with problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ownership, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to assess performance qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills.
