Responsibilities
### What you will do - You take charge of complex, high-impact design projects - You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with our mission - You champion innovation by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies - You develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing user experiences - Additionally you conduct extensive user researches, translating insights into innovative design solutions - You iterate designs based on user feedback, continuously striving for perfection - Moreover you advocate for design best practices, demonstrating the value of design in product development - Last but not least you stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them to our projects
Requirements
### What you bring - You are a strong communicator with solid English skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI Design - You are comfortable and experienced with working fully remotely and communicating asynchronously - You have proven experience in designing mobile and web applications, ideally within healthcare, finance, or technology sectors - You are proficient with industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc. - You have a deep understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design principles - You also bring outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail - Moreover you have knowledge of Apple’s, Google’s and General UX/UI guidelines - On top you have UX/UI knowledge in designing for multiple screens and devices ### Bonus points - You have experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain - You possess proficiency in emerging technologies - You have experience in previous design leadership roles
