Job description
Odd Meter studio is looking for an outstanding FX artist to work on a new project - a realistic style action game with a strong emphasis on believable environmental interactions and cinematics.
Responsibilities
- Develop effects for combat systems including attacks, reactions, and interactions with the environment and characters.
- Work with complex effect systems and materials, including wind, dust, water, dirt, blood, and vegetation.
- Utilize plugins like Prismatiscape and interact with the UE5 engine.
- Optimize game effects.
Requirements
- Portfolio/showreel with examples of excellent work.
- High proficiency with UE5: excellent knowledge of Niagara, material editor, and Chaos.
- Experience with DCC tools such as Houdini, Ember Gen, and Substance Designer.
