Video Designer / Motion Creator (Performance)

EverSky is looking for a Video Designer / Motion Creator to produce high-performing video creatives for various platforms, focusing on engagement and conversion.

### Responsibilities - Produce video creatives for Demand Gen, Kayzen, and YouTube: vertical Shorts, interstitial videos, in-feed videos — lifestyle, news-style, social proof, educational approach, with constant testing and rotation; - Generate high-quality UGC with realistic 'talking heads', believable facial expressions and articulation, without artifacts and 'plastic' — to ensure the video reads as live content, not as an ad; - Capture attention in the first 1-3 seconds: engaging hook, dynamic editing, proper rhythm and sound; - Reskin for new markets: localization of language, currency, flags, subtitles, and visual style; - Adapt videos for platform moderation (Google Demand Gen / UAC / YouTube / Unity / Mintegral) — know the limits and work within them.

### Requirements - Confident editing skills: After Effects + Premiere Pro (or CapCut/DaVinci) — quick assembly, templating, working with layers and keyframes; - Understanding of short video dramaturgy: hook → retention → trigger → CTA, and awareness of why one combination yields conversion while another does not; - Motion skills: text animation, banners, buttons, transitions, dynamic accents; - Sense of the financial niche: how to package luxury, winning, trust, and urgency to avoid bans; - Habit of independently monitoring spy services and catching trends (formats, hooks, audio trends) before they hit the brief; - Experience with AI tools for video production: Kling, Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika — for generating and animating videos; HeyGen, Arc Ads (or analogs) — for AI avatars and UGC; Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana — for sources and frames; voice/voiceover through ElevenLabs — as a plus.
