We're a performance marketing ecosystem in iGaming, operating across 25%+ of global markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal portfolio of VIP clients with daily personalised communication - Analyse client behaviour and KPIs to spot retention and growth opportunities - Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximise lifetime value - Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
- 1+ year in Account Management, VIP/Retention or Customer Success - English B2+ — must-have - Analytical mindset, strong CRM skills, multi-channel communication experience - Bonus: Intercom or Customer.io experience
