- Knowledge of player lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation.
- Experience with VIPs: personalized offers, building long-term relationships.
- KPI management: deposits, bets, ARPU, churn risk.
- Player behavior analysis: segmentation and data-driven targeting.
- Tools: CRM, basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Polish language proficiency: B2+.
- English language proficiency: B1+.
