Seeking a VIP Manager for an iGaming project with Uzbek language skills to manage VIP client communications and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP clients using scripts.
- Daily and weekly interactions via messengers, calls, and emails tailored to each VIP client's needs.
- Prepare basic personal offers (cashback/free spins/free bets/bonuses).
- Control bonus issuance and compliance.
- Collect client feedback.
- Escalate issues related to payments, verification, risk, and support.
- Prepare basic reports as needed.
Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of experience in iGaming/online casinos.
- Experience handling client objections.
- Understanding of customer service principles and VIP client communication.
