Responsibilities
## What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and inquiries.
- Proactively identify and prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach, events, and referrals — owning the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through OKX's product suite, VIP tier structure, fee benefits, and platform updates.
- Drive VIP upgrades and upsell relevant product configurations to grow revenue from your client base.
- Support revenue targets by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting new high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay client feedback and support platform improvements.
- Participate in regional online and offline events, activations, and business development activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights to sharpen OKX's VIP value proposition.
- Operate in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
## What We Look For In You
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — ideally in crypto, finance, FX, or a related field.
- A genuine hunger to sell: comfortable with outreach, pitching, and closing.
- Basic understanding of trading products; familiarity with crypto exchanges or derivatives is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust quickly and communicate clearly.
- Organised and able to manage multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with data: can track your pipeline, analyse client activity, and report on performance.
- Open to business travel across CIS, MENA, SEA, or other regions as needed.
- Fluent in English and native Russian is a must.
