Responsibilities
- Drive Alpaca's growth engine, reporting to the CRO.
- Own global marketing across brand, content, GEO, B2B/B2B2C growth.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness and pipeline generation.
- Set and elevate Alpaca’s global brand narrative.
- Create a world-class content engine and GEO strategy.
- Champion data-driven decision making and global collaboration.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing leadership, 5-8+ years in senior management.
- Proven track record in B2B demand generation and brand building.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS infrastructure, payments, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Mastery of enterprise marketing and account-based marketing.
- Results-driven with a global mindset.
