Job description
In line with our expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for the crypto space.
Responsibilities
### What you'll be doing:
- **70% Product & Delivery**
- Align with CEO on roadmaps/OKRs; write lean PRDs and acceptance criteria; run backlog, sprint rituals, and vendor SLAs.
- Gate quality via technical acceptance (API contracts, error handling, security/privacy); own UAT and release management (flags, canaries, rollback).
- Track product KPIs (activation, tx success rate, custody approval SLAs, KYT false-positive rate) and drive improvement.
- **30% Platform Operations**
- Plan EKS patching/upgrades; manage autoscaling, quotas, and FinOps.
- Keep Terraform tidy (PR reviews, state/backends, drift prevention) and GitHub Actions fast/reliable.
- Maintain Cloudflare ZTNA (Access policies, tunnels, cert rotation, WAF rules); enforce least-privilege IAM; verify backup/DR against RPO/RTO.
- Operate Fireblocks policies/approvals/whitelists and Chainalysis rules; monitor webhooks/integrations.
- Own observability (CloudWatch/Grafana/alerts), SLOs/error budgets, incident response and crisp RCAs.
Requirements
### What we're looking for:
- 5–8+ years in software/platform roles; proven product delivery with vendors plus hands-on AWS/EKS/Terraform/GitHub Actions.
- Practical security: ZTNA (Cloudflare or equivalent), IAM, KMS/secrets, backup/DR, logging/alerts.
- Custody/KYT familiarity (Fireblocks/Chainalysis or equivalent) and how they fit into product flows.
- Admin experience with Google Workspace IAM, Slack, Notion; SSO/SAML/SCIM; good JML hygiene.
- Excellent written comms; decisive and documentation-driven.
- Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred.
