YouTube Producer / YouTube Channel Manager

X6 GROUP is expanding its media division and is looking for a YouTube Producer to develop the channel as a product. - Manage the channel from ideas to growth - Focus on process and results - Work with a dynamic media team - Flexible schedule with potential for part-time - Relocation to Belgrade after probation - Compensation for relocation and document assistance

As a YouTube Producer, you will: - Control editing and timely delivery of materials - Develop thumbnails and creatives for A/B testing - Organize shooting processes and manage deadlines - Create content plans and channel development strategies - Research and verify ideas, create titles/descriptions/tags - Analyze metrics (CTR, retention, reach), monitor trends and competitors - Communicate with contractors (editors, designers) - Engage with the audience: community, comments

We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in YouTube production or understands YouTube Studio - Can create and assemble formats (long videos + Shorts) - Understands clickable thumbnails and titles (A/B logic) - Has basic knowledge of editing and video production - Can work with contractors and meet deadlines - Is systematic and result-oriented
