- Actively participate in research and prototype ideas. - Transform research prototypes into production. - Conduct code reviews. - Plan, implement, and ship end-to-end functionality. - Profile bottlenecks and harden cryptographic components.

- Experience with modern cryptography. - Familiarity with zero-knowledge virtual machines (zkVMs). - Experience with blockchain or other peer-to-peer systems. - Motivation by decentralisation and privacy. - Solid Rust knowledge. - Understanding of zk-based blockchain systems. - Ability to propose improvements to the core protocol. - Experience working across different time zones. - Strong asynchronous teamwork.
